Criteria: Any male between the ages of 18 and 63 who has served at least two years is eligible to apply for active membership. Each candidate must complete an intake application and meet all eligibility requirements. You must be a current or former (active, reserve, retired, or veteran) member of the military with a minimum of two years' service. If discharged, you must have separated under honorable conditions and must not have ever been convicted of a felony.

Fees: To begin the intake process with Mu Beta Phi Military Fraternity Incorporated, each applicant must pay a $650 membership fee and a $125 non-refundable application fee. The $125 application fee is due when you submit your application. The membership application and payment portal are available at: https://www.mbphikings2017.org/membership. Please note that, for now, you only need to pay the $125 application fee. After submitting your payment, email a screenshot of your receipt to rczeta2017@gmail.com.

Once your application is complete, you’ll be interviewed for acceptance. If selected, you’ll proceed to the next intake class. All members are required to complete a six-week education program, followed by a final "Vote of Confidence" process before becoming a full member.
